Q. I have DDL on two different computers, I use the second computer as a backup to my main computer.  Will DDL Backup unregister my second copy if I restore my backup copy to the second computer?

A. NO. The software is designed to check the licensing file on the second computer. If the licensing files do not match it does not copy it. It will however copy all of your drivers files and DDL files so the second computer will be a mirror image of the first.

Q. If I reformat my system. Will I have to get a new Registration code for DDL or iTruck?

A. NO. Just download DDL, Install It. and run it once. this will generate your instillation ID # and when you restore from your backup, you will be right back up and running.

Q. If I reformat my system. Will I have to get a new Registration code for DDL Backup?

A.  NO. Just make sure to save your registration code in a safe place. Each time you install DDL Backup on the SAME computer you will receive the same instillation ID #. If the instillation ID# doesnt change then your registration number doesnt change.

Q. How many computers can I run DDL Backup on?

A. As many as you want each copy you register can only be ran on ONE computer though. Just like DDL and iTruck each computer will need its own registration code.

Q. I Want to use 2 Thumb Drives to Backup DDL or iTruck too. Is this possible.

A. YES! Just click on the icon in your taskbar(Lower right corner) And choose configure. This will start the program and all you need to do is hit configure. It will put a small file on your second thumb drive so you can use it for a backup of your backup drive.
